Victor leads the R&D practice for the LaPlace platform, where he designs the evaluations and experiments used to measure and improve agent efficiency. Before that, he was part of the innovation team at Magellan Partners, where he designed and shipped LLM-based systems for enterprise clients — from retrieval pipelines to agent platforms.
